Make common courtesy even more common
As The WEB was walking down the street the other day, we passed an elderly English gentleman. He passed us with a tip of the hat, a wink, and a contented smile. Naturally, the collective heart of the WEB staff became warmer than a sunflower at high noon. However, weâre also concerned about the lack of this wonderful common courtesy at Ames High. Itâs often that people will pass each other in the hall and simply stare at the wall or lockers. Wake up, comradesâthereâs a plethora of friendly boys and girls (not to mention men and women) at Ames High, waiting to be greeted by your dashing smile. We mean, câmon guys, itâs common courtesy.
