Ross's Senior Column

Wow, four crazy years. It’s hard to believe that in a few short months I’ll be saying goodbye to the people I’ve spent the last four years with, and moving less than ten blocks down the street. No more hanging out at the Max after school with the old gang. No more crazy teenage shenanigans or get rich schemes that end up with me, Zack, Screech, Lisa, Kelly, Slater and Jessie in Mr.Belding’s office. Nope, now it’s time to move on to bigger and better things. It’s time to say goodbye to Zack and Slater’s constant bets that only end in valuable lessons for the both of them, and its time to say goodbye to Screech trying to get with Lisa (in hilarious manners of course). The end of high school is the time where we can put everything that happened behind us and look at the truly important things we’ve learned over these past four years. Like that time we all learned the importance of being there for each other when Jessie became addicted to caffeine pills. Or the time when the students switched places with the teachers and Zack found out how tough being the principal really is. Looking back, whatever seemed to happen taught me a valuable lesson and provide for some good laughs along the way. Like the time screech thought he was actually dating Lisa, but it turned out she was only trying to win a bet with Jessie. No matter what the future holds for me, I’ll be glad to know that I had some really great friends along with me for that crazy ride we called high school. Oh shit, that was Saved by the Bell.
