Eat, Sleep, Basketball (and school and sleep and…)

Wake up 20 minutes before school starts. Rush to school. Try to stay awake in class. Go home. Play basketball. Do homework. Sleep. Repeat. Basketball season is here. That means I’m down to about 10 minutes a day where I’m not doing anything, preparing to do something, or sleeping. It. Is. BRUTAL. I love basketball, my teammates, and my classes, but it gets to be so overwhelming!! Anyone who’s ever been involved in a major activity or sport knows how exhausting it is to try to balance all of the things we have to do, not to mention everything we want to do- i.e., have a social life. It can be frustrating, but the thing I tell myself is it will all be worth it.
