Skim milk,

Ever since I was born, you’ve been there for me. Every cookie that needed to be dipped, every bowl of cereal, every lunch and dinner, you were there by my side. I can always count on you to be there for me when I’m dying of thirst.

So many people misjudge you. They say you lack flavor, but I say they just don’t have taste buds that can handle you. They hate on you because they don’t understand you. They can’t comprehend your complexity, and I pity the people who don’t understand you and our love.

The moment I realized I loved you is when I made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I had put on too much peanut butter, and after the second bite I couldn’t go on any longer. If it hadn’t been for you being there, I would have never been able to finish that sandwich.

You may not be thicc like whole milk or 2%, but it doesn’t matter to me. You look great regardless. Your smooth, white complexion is something to be admired, and I wish everyone saw you the way I did.

I don’t know what I would do without you, you are my rock. Better yet, my liquid.

With all my love,

Sonja Paulson

This letter literally brought tears to my eyes. The way you described it….. wow. I never knew one could have such love for a gallon of milk. I am also in love with that which is known as Skim milk, and it is a comfort to know there is one out there who has these profound emotions for such an exotic drink.
