Scandal
March 2, 2016
Nearly everyone who loves to binge watch TV shows has an even deeper love for “Grey’s Anatomy”, created by Shonda Rhymes. There’s another TV show just as good, but underrated, and also created by the dearly loved Shonda Rhymes. “Scandal” combines crime, drama, and mystery to draw in fans of all different kinds of TV show preferences. The lead character in the series is Olivia Pope, played by actress Kerry Washington.
The TV show begins with the viewer having absolutely no idea who Ms. Olivia Pope is, and leads you through a couple episodes unclear of who this celebrity-like figure is. As the TV show continues on, you come to know her as a hero-like figure who can solve almost any problem, but at the end of the day is just like everyone else. Ms. Pope helps the White House in her free time, meaning many deep and adventurous plots unfold and intertwine with her already busy life of an ‘independent’ attorney/lawyer.
I would recommend this TV show to everyone, because it has such a unique twist on drama that almost anyone can get a fix on it, no matter their preference of genre.
