Bingo in its finest form

Traditionally, bingo has been considered a game for old women. Originating in Italy in 1530, the game formerly referred to as “beano” is fairly old. For more information on the history of bingo, please visit http://inventors.about.com/library/inventors/blbingo.htm But wait a minute! Perhaps bingo isn’t just a game for the elderly! Now, several bingo apps rank among the top free apps for I-phone, I-pod touch, I-pad, etc. users. You may wonder which app is the best to download. In my opinion, Bingo Bash wins every time. With its catchy name and fun graphics, this game is beyond addictive. It is a way of life. According to the description of Bingo Bash in the iTunes store, which can be found at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bingo-bash-hd/id486363584?mt=8 , it is the “#1 BINGO game in the world” and “nearly a million players play everyday.” There is another app under a similar name, Bingo Run. But don’t be fooled; this game is far worse than Bingo Bash. Released on November 5th, 2012, Bingo Run refers to itself as “the future of Bingo!” Yeah, right. It’s more like a knock-off of Bingo Bash, which was released on October 16th, 2012, before Bingo Run. Although these two games are both eerily similar, Bingo Bash provides users with much more bingo cash, allowing more opportunities to play each day. Somehow, both apps have the same rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 stars on iTunes, but I would personally rare Bingo Bash a solid 5 stars and Bingo Run a mere 3 stars. Both apps allow users to choose if they want to play with one card or two cards. Then, the game connects a player with other players from around the world, causing much competition for a bingo. There are usually up to 80 players at one time, competing for only 10 bingos. Perhaps bingo is still played in nursing homes. However, it can also be played by young people at school, on the couch, or in the car (as long as you’re not driving, of course). Bingo is fun for everyone! B-I-N-G-O, baby!
